As an English major and Secondary Education minor at Erskine, I was able to secure a job teaching English in Abbeville County before graduating. I taught high school English for 14 years. Over those years, I have worked closely with the Education Department at Erskine having numerous Erskine students complete field experiences in my classroom and have had three student teachers. I have also taught a few courses at Erskine as an adjunct and taught Teacher Cadet through Erskine. I am currently working as the Director of Secondary Programs for Abbeville County School District.
