Mr. Donald “Trey” Watts graduated from Erskine in 2020 with a degree in Business Administration. He currently resides in Lexington, South Carolina, and is the president of White Water Pools.

Why serve on the Alumni board?

Erskine gave me the best experience I could’ve asked for when I left home. Erskine taught me lessons that I still implement in my life today. It taught me how to be a leader and a good husband, and it gave me friendships that will last a lifetime. I want to serve because of the people I met there who greatly impacted my life, and who continue to do so. The people at Erskine make it a special place. We have a culture here that is uncommon in today’s world – a culture that needs to be preserved and cultivated. The alumni board has a lot to do with that preservation, so I’d happily give my time to serve.

Why do you give to Erskine?

I give because I care. Knowing that I’m contributing in a small way while helping to better something that has given me so much is the least that I can do.
