Profile
As the Senior Director of Finance at Babcock Center, a nonprofit organization that provides services to people with disabilities, I oversee all aspects of accounting, payroll, and purchasing operations, while ensuring compliance with internal and external policies and regulations. I have over 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, legal, and human resources; I hold both CPA and CECFE certifications.
I am passionate about applying my legal skills and forensic auditing expertise to help prevent and detect fraud, waste, and abuse in the nonprofit sector. I hold a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University Law School, and I have participated in several financial audits of the agency. I also have experience in process improvement and intellectual property law. My goal is to excel in my role and contribute to the mission and vision of Babcock.
